Vitality Bubbles

Marie – Sep 29, 2020

I ordered some bath bombs on 4/3/20 and did not receive my $16.97 order either. I did receive an email on 4/8 expressing that they know that I have not received my order but due to Covid there was a delay. I have emailed ‘Arianna’ several times over the past couple of months with no response and now I see that their site is no longer working.

Monique – Jun 29, 2020

I also am another one that got scammed, I placed an order for my grandchildren for Easter on 4/4/20. I just now sent a email to Arianna requesting a refund for the second time, but also decide to see if this is a legit business! I don’t believe it is! I too will be filing a claim with my credit card company and am also wondering if you could turn her over to the states attorneys office?

Wesley – Jun 24, 2020

Ordered on 4-4-20 on my Debit Card $24.97
To Vitality Bubbles. Never received my order. I have been scammed. Bank only has 60 days to dispute it do I am out $24.97. Not happy

Randi – Jun 20, 2020

I also ordered the bath bombs for my granddaughter’s Easter basket for $16.97. I thought where the company was advertising on Facebook, that they were legit. She immediately took the money, but I never received them! I corresponded with Ariana stating that if I didn’t receive them, I would report her company as a scam. She wrote back stating that she put postage on the package and was waiting for the truck to pick it up. That was the last I heard from her. I was unable to get a refund from my bank. I can’t even imagine how many people they scammed!

Maggie – Jun 09, 2020

My order was placed on April 5, 2020 with a confirmation email that same day. My Sister ordered it as an Easter gift for me and she sent me the confirmation so I could be on the lookout for it. Just like every other poster on here, we too received a follow up email from Arianna Griffin 5 days later on 4/10/20 using Covid 19 as an excuse for the delay. See below. Can you please do something to get refunds issued and put this scammer out of business and under arrest!

Hey Judy,
We know you’re still waiting to receive your order. I wanted to reach out and provide you with a quick update. Unfortunately, the COVID-19 virus has had a big impact on all shipping companies, currently, some of our orders are looking at a 12 – 15-day delay. Rest assured all our available team members are working hard day and night to hand-make your products, and get them packed /shipped out to you, as fast as possible.

Our Shipping Information has been updated to reflect possible delays.

Similar experience. Ordered on April 3rd. Nothing. Phone and website both not active. I paid with Amex and complained to them. They gave me a credit on my card and said they would pursue Vitality Bubbles.

Jesse – Jun 01, 2020

On April 7, 2020 I ordered the bunny bath bombs for $24.97. I immediately received a confirmation email and number. On April 12, 2020 I received an email from Arianna Griffin stating that shipping was delayed due to COVID-19 and I would receive the order in 12-15 business days. I have since tried to email, but the website is no longer available. This company, or people, are a scam! Is there nothing Facebook can do since it was an ad on their site?

Christy – May 23, 2020

I purchased on 3/26 from them. I received email from a Lily, who said she was an owner. Then I received Anna Griffin a senior customer service rep on March 31st. Then I received another email from Lily Finley on April 2nd staying my order would be shipped out that week. Well now it’s the end of May after repeated emails I have received no response or refund. I hope they are enjoying h all the money they have made off people!

Katrina – May 21, 2020

I ordered bath bombs from Vitality Bubbles through a Facebook ad on April 7, 2020. I also received the email update that due to COVID-19 I should expect a shipping delay. I have since responded multiple times asking for an update or a refund and have not received anything from the company. Now the company phone number and website are no longer working and yet they kept the $16.97 charge for a product that they obviously are never going to send.

I placed an order with this “company” through an ad on Facebook on 4/6/20. I ordered bunny bath bombs. On 4/11/29, I received an email from an Arianna Griffin, supposedly a service rep for Vitality Bubbles, stating that due to COVID-19 there was a delay with the shipping company and it would be 12-15 days for order to be sent. A few weeks went by and I received NOTHING. So on 5/11, I responded to Arianna, and asked that I be refunded for the order that I never received. I have not received a response. Now after googling this company, I see that many others are in the same boat, and that this was a scam. Anything you can do to help would be greatly appreciated.

Natasha – May 19, 2020

I placed an order with them on 4/6/20, for the Easter Bunny bath bombs. Received an email from Arianna Griffin on 4/11/20, stating there was a delay with the shipping company and it’d be another 12-15 days. After receiving NOTHING from them a few weeks later, I responded to Arianna’s email and asked to be refunded. I have received no response yet. I hope they are being investigated…jerks! This is infuriating. They need to return our money

Sean – May 19, 2020

I also ordered the bunnies for my granddaughter. Haven’t heard a thing since. I will assume they are enjoying all the cash they scammed from us. Think they are on some beach enjoying themselves? I hope they have masks. I guess the old saying let the buyer beware was true here.

Steven – May 19, 2020

I ordered on 4/1, card charged immediately for $20.92 with shipping. Ordered through Thursday Instagram ad which was supposed to give me a discount. It wasn’t applied – first clue that something wasn’t right! Received email from Arianna Griffin on 4/6 saying because of covid shipping has been delayed. Sent an email on 4/8 requesting status of my order and got no response. Sent another email requesting the order be canceled and money refunded. Of course got no response. Website won’t even load anymore.

Thomas – May 17, 2020

I placed an order on 4-3-2020 for bath bombs for my daughter’s Easter basket. Credit card was charged immediately for $36.93 worth of product. I received an update email from a person named Arianna, that they were working on my order and apologized for the delay. I emailed back for an ETA for Easter. I never heard back. I have since tried contacting several times. They assured they would refund if I decided to cancel the order, but at this point they are not able to contacted and their website/tracking information on my order are all unavailable!

Claudia – May 16, 2020

Scammed here as well! So sad that people take advantage of people like this, especially during these times. I am sure these “sick” people are sitting at home collecting tax dollars on top of taking innocent peoples money. Special place for people like this!

Reginald – May 15, 2020

Same as everyone else. I ordered the Easter Bunny bath bombs on 4-7-20. Credit card was immediately charged $16.97. Have tried to cancel my order several times with no response and have never received my order. Contested charge with my credit card. I did however notice that if you search Vitality Bubbles on Google one of the results is the following:

myfirstadventures.myshopify.com
Vitality Bubbles
Eco-Friendly Bath bombs that help you destress, relax, and enjoy your warm bubble baths.

The link on Google takes you to their website. I’m sure they still won’t respond. Hope no one else falls victim to these people.

Jaclyn – May 15, 2020

I placed an order on April 4 and my credit card was charged the same day. Shipping was supposed to be 2-3 days. I have yet to receive my order and there is no way to contact the company.

William – May 14, 2020

I ordered bunny bath bombs for my children’s Easter baskets. My total came to $29.95. I never received my order. I have emailed them a number of times and received no response. I would like a refund.

Meghan – May 14, 2020

I am very disappointed. I ordered 2 six pack bath bombs of the Easter Bunnies and Easter Eggs for my nieces as their Easter present. They never shipped. I have sent 3 emails with no response. I’m filing a complaint with my credit card too.

Jerry – May 12, 2020

I also am VERY DISAPPOINTED in this company. I ordered the Easter bath bombs for my granddaughter on March 29. I have never received any word from them even after sending two e mails. I was really hoping these would be a big hit. Luckily, our credit card company will refund our money. I am a very disappointed grandmother. Nana from MIchigan.

Erica – May 12, 2020

I placed an order with Vitality Bubbles and it was the same thing it never shipped. Scammed

Kelli –

I ordered bunny bath bombs thinking I was supporting small business. I should have checked this out. No site of any order… While it was only $16.97 it angers me to think about and see how many other people this has happened to. GL – Texas

Jessie –

I ordered on April 4th. I have sent several emails. My Granddaughters never got their bath bombs. Really how do people get away with this? I want my purchase or my money back. I plan on disputing this with my credit card.

Marissa –

Ordered on April 2nd. Received same email from Arianna Griffin. Sent multiple emails. Checked website and Facebook. Account no longer exists. Total rip-off!

Glenn –

ordered products from Vitality Bubbles on 3-30-2020, emailed them 4 times, no response, filed a dispute with my credit card company today.

Jaime –

Same story as the rest. Ordered April 3rd. Happy to support what appeared to be a small company. Placed an order totaling $16.97. Received the same follow-up email about shipping delay. Tried to contact but no response. I’ve read that some people received product, poorly packaged and damaged but I haven’t received anything. My first thought was that this small business got in over their head and shut down quickly.

Dawn –

Same complaint as all the others Order# 5378 on 4/5/20 for Easter Bunny bath bombs with guaranteed delivery for Easter. Including tax $ 26.78. Arianna Griffin 185 Dakar Dr. Pacheco, Ca. 94553 (if that’s even legit.). On 4/10/20 received an email that due to COVID-19 there is a 12-15 day delay. I then emailed a change of delivery address since this was a gift for my granddaughters Easter Basket & wouldn’t arrive as promised. No other correspondence received. Forwarded my email requesting response 5/5/20 @ 5:12pm and now, after reading all of these reports plan to report this to my credit card company. Shame on them for doing something like this and hope no one else falls prey to these scammers!

Mayra –

Wow, wish I had checked this before I ordered…ordered also the first of April and got the same emails about delays…makes me sad, thought I was helping out a small business during this pandemic.

Jared –

I placed an order on April 7 for $74.93 and have received nothing! Also got an email from Arianna telling me there would be a delay. I will be disputing this with my bank as well.

My experience is the same as others. Ordered on 4/7/20. Received an email from Arianna Griffin on 4/12/20 stating that Covid-19 had impacted shipping and that there would be a delay in my shipment. No response to my emails and the website no longer exists. Will be contacting my credit card company.

Cynthia –

Ditto. Ordered March 22. Email from Arianna apologizing for delay due to high volume of orders on March 26th. No response to my followup emails. “Tracking number” received (label created) but shipper never received package. Have filed a dispute with my credit card company.

Miranda –

Same as everyone else! I ordered two 4-packs of the Bunny Bath Bombs in early April; received an email from Ariannah Griffin apologizing for the delay and saying that the order would be delayed 12-15 days (that was on April 9). I have emailed several times with no response and no bubbles – $34.

Bryce –

Same here! Ordered the Easter bubbles (they advertised on Instagram) on April 2nd. My CC was charged and I received the confirmation of order. A week later I received an email stating that shipping was delayed due to CoVid. I’ve emailed 5 times to request an order cancellation and full refund and have yet to receive a response. My next step was to file a complaint with the BBB. I am concerned that you can no longer reach the company via Instagram or their website.

Ebony –

I ordered 2 sets of the bunny bath bombs over a month ago. I followed up for shipping updates with no response. I sent another email cancelling my orders. Again, no response. I’m out over $50. I’m so angry that people take advantage, especially during tough times. Karma!

Ordered 1x set of bath bombs on 4-2-20 for $16.97, received one email on 4-6-20 that they were working on my order, but still haven’t received the order. Also, I have sent several follow up emails that haven’t been responded to and their website is no longer working.

I ordered Easter bath bombs from Vitality Bubbles on 4/6/2020. Got an email thank you, you’re what makes us great but no confirmation or or order #. Got another email on 4/11/2020 saying they know I’m still waiting for my order but it’s because UPS is having shipping delays. I have emailed a few times asking about status and haven’t received a single response.

Kristy –

Everyone who did not receive their product needs to dispute the charge. I filed a few weeks ago and was told the merchant is also charged a fee when the dispute is settled. I could have written any one of these reviews. Order was placed April 1st and my cc charged the same day. Multiple emails were sent with no response. Did receive them a week ago but like others not the correct amount. #disputethecharge

Jill –

I ordered bath bombs for my kids on April 3 for Easter. I still have not received them, nor did I receive any follow-up email saying they were shipped. I did receive confirmation of my order, but have had no communication since then. I’ve e-mailed and attempted to contact them multiple times, with no response. How do I go about getting my money back/filing a formal (legal) complaint? Thanks.

Brad –

Same story here. Ordered April 1 for Easter and received some bs email about how we’re what makes them great and thanks for your order please let us know how we can do better. REFUND MY ORDER THAT NEVER SHIPPED AND WAS PAID IN FULL. no response to multiple emails sent. Absolutely a scam. Only $16 but it’s the principle that is infuriating and frightening that they have my card information. May 2 and no response or product.

Garrett –

Ordered some bathbombs before Easter that never came. Got an email stating that they would be delayed shipping or I could cancel. I chose to cancel but never received a refund. I have emailed several times with no response. Now I see the website is down and the Facebook page as well.

Stacey –

I am having the very same problem with this company. Ordered April 2. Got one email from “Arianna” saying they were delayed. Still never got them or any other email after this. I have emailed a minimum of 5 x. No response. Wanted to send yet another email and went to website… but it’s gone! What. a . rip. off. 🙁 It had such good reviews. Guess they were fake. I’m in the same tub as you all…without bath bombs.
Arlene (Baton Rouge, LA). I’m out 26 dollars.

Grant –

Unfortunately I have had the exact same experience as all the people above. I ordered for my granddaughter on April 2, 2020 in the amount of $16.97. Was told I would get free express shipping and the order should arrive within 2-3 days. It is now May 1, 2020 and I am still waiting to receive my order. I have sent e-mails asking about the status and never received a reply. Today I went online to find a phone number to contact them and I saw that their website was taken down. Upon further investigating I came across this website with all these other people experiencing the same problem. I filed a report with The Better Business Bureau in CA, and plan on disputing the charge with my credit company.

Meredith –

I ordered bunny bath bombs for my grandkids on 30 March 2020. The charge of $24.97 cleared my bank account on 4 April 2020. I have sent two emails requesting an update on when my order will be sent and have received No Response. Today the website is no longer available. I have filed a cardholder dispute with my credit card company! Vitality Bubbles took my money and I received no product. Now I don’t want the bath bombs cause everyone who has received them says they’re total 💩. I’m also filing a complaint with the BBB.

email them and their website is down! What a shame! Don’t order from these people… Scam

Courtney –

Very disappointed. I ordered the 4 bunny bath bombs through a facebook ad. The listing said ships within a few days but as it became apparent that they would not arrive in time for Easter I emailed twice requesting my order to be canceled but I received no response. Finally they shipped but when they arrived I only received 3 instead of 4. Also they did NOT look like the photo in the ad.
I tried contacting them through their website as the facebook page had been removed, but I still did not receive a response. Now their website is down too.

Nina –

I placed an order on 4/3. Got an email from an ‘Arianna’ on 4/7 noting possible delays due to Covid. I have emailed twice regarding an update. No response. I had a feeling it was a scam once they didn’t reply and I guess what I’m reading here proves that true. Thankfully they only got $16.00, but disappointing to say the least.

Shawn –

My complaint is similar to everyone else. I placed an order on April 3 for 2 bunny bomb packs at a cost of $33.94. The I received an email on the 8th from “Arianna” telling me there would be a delay due to Covid 19. I have emailed them twice with no return response. Still no bath bombs as of today, April 29th so I checked their internet site with the hopes of calling them and now there is no site.

Katie –

I ordered two packs of the bunny bubble bath bombs on April 1, 2020. The money I paid them through PayPal was immediately deducted from my account. I received an email that the orders were delayed on April 6. It stated that the delay was because the corona virus. The person who emailed me was Adrianna Griffin. These orders have still not been received. The website doesn’t appear to work any more. No one answers my emails.

Ross –

I ordered 2 packs of the bunny bubble bombs for Easter on March 15, 2020 and the order was confirmed and the money deducted from my account but as of today no product. I sent them several emails but no response 😡

Mark –

On March 19, I ordered 2 – 12 packs. When didn’t come, by Easter, I checked site, and there was a notice, that orders were being delayed, because of Covid -19. Went to check just now, and no site available.

Jodi –

I ordered the Easter bombs on April 6th and after numerous attempts to contact them to cancel and I have heard nothing. They had no problem taking my $58.91.

Tony –

Ordered from these scammers. March 25th. I sent them an inquiry about 2 weeks later I was told due to covid 19 our supplies are delayed. Well VitalityBubbles I still sit here with nothing. And I did contact them again. Nothing. I am going to contact my credit card and get charges reversed. But meanwhile I am a strong believer in karma. While using our money to go shopping during this pandemic I hope they get covid 19 spending our hard earned money. Has anyone reported them to the Better Business Bureau?

Oscar –

This is what I sent to the company 4/20/2020. I haven’t heard a word from them and I see they are no longer on FB.
“I just received my order from you. I am extremely unhappy. I ordered,
Easter Bunny Bath Bombs – 6 Pack × 1
$14.97
but only received 3 Easter Bunny Bath Bombs of which 2 were broken.
I also ordered,
Lavender – Herbal Blend Bath Bombs × 1
$6.95
however this was not even in the box. Therefore I only received 3 damaged Easter Bunny Bath Bombs.
The total of my order was $26.87 as you can see from the order summary below. I demand a full refund. I will never support your company again and will be posting bad reviews on every avenue there is if I don’t hear back from you and don’t receive a refund to my credit card. In addition I placed the order on 3/17/2020 for Easter gifts and I just received it today, 4/20/2020. I was told by you I would have it by Easter which was 4/12/2020.
I will be expecting to hear from you IMMEDIATELY and a refund to my credit card.”

I ordered bunny bath bombs and egg shaped bombs for Easter for my daughter’s. The ordered was placed at the end of March. The week before Easter I got an email stating my items were being packed and would be shipping soon. I’ve emailed twice to people and have yet to receive anything. I’m out $30, which sucks. I should have known it was to good to be true. All the reviews here are very similar to my experience with time frame etc.

Marvin –

I ordered on March 28, 2020. It was to be a Easter gift for my Granddaughter. On April 2, 2020 they said my order was being packed and would ship soon. Well soon never came. They blamed it on covid19 but I have ordered from other companies before and since then and received my purchases very quickly. I have e-mailed them several asking for my merchandise and have e-mailed several more times asking for a refund. To date April 24, 2020 I have received nothing from them nor have I heard from them.

Ronald –

I also ordered off of a Facebook ad for the bunny fizzy bath bombs on 4/2 and money was of course immediately drafted from my bank. Just before Easter I received the mentioned email that other received stating that my order was being packaged up and mailed though due to the Covid-19 they were experiencing shipping delays and that it was the post offices fault because they were “holding” packages. Funny, because nothing else that I have ordered through “legit” companies has been “held” at the Post Office. I also have emailed “Arianna” back and zero response has been given. I will also from now on ignore all Facebook ads. SO sad and disappointing that someone would even consider taking advantage of others during this time, or anytime really.

I bought bath bombs from this company Vitality Bubbles on 4/5/2020. Arianna Griffith – the owner – said shipping was running late due to the Coronavirus issue on 4/10. I emailed several times and never got a response. I lost $51.85 in this process and don’t know if my bank will reimburse me for this fraud. The items never got here and I know the company has shut down.

Theresa –

These are the emails I got from this fraudulent company! I forgot to add these photos to the complaint below. It just blows my mind that any decent person would steal money during these trying times. A thief is a thief.
Cora Rodriguez

Garrett –

So furious at company and Facebook for allowing these scam artists. I’m only ordering from Amazon site and other reputable sites. Never ordering off Facebook anymore. They need to up their game and get more professional. VitalityBubbles is such a scam. The owner Ariana Griffin should be thoroughly prosecuted. This “person” is a useless piece of trash. I ordered on 4/5/2020 and only email I got was on 5/10/2020. That’s $51.85 down the drain. She’s probably some starving half-wit that needed the money so desperately – that she would stoop to stealing. I’m going to file a complaint against this company!

Ricardo –

I experience is exactly the same as stated above. I placed the order, received an email the order would be delayed due to COVID-19, I sent an email to cancel and received a shipping notification right back. The soaps arrived on 4/20/20, broken and not worth a $1 much less $16.97. I emailed the company and received no response. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company. Don’t spend your money on this scam!

Darrell –

I also ordered on March 30, 2020. I spent $73.91. I supposedly bought 24 packs of the Easter bunny’s and bath bombs with gems in them. Money was drafted from my account the same day March 30. Right before Easter I got the same kind of email as everyone else was getting because of COVID-19 they couldn’t guarantee them. I emailed them back and said I would like a refund. Low and behold they said the shipping tag was made the next day. I just received them today April 20, 2020. Out of the entire order I received three blue bunnies all broken. No invoice. Didn’t even receive 1/6 of my order. I filed a complaint with my bank.

Patricia –

After seeing reports here of scams, I wrote on their website that I’d be getting the charges reversed by my bank. That night a shipping label was created, and it arrived at my house today. We all had a good laugh at what arrived. I ordered 4 bunny bath bombs. I received 3 and they looked nothing like the picture— they look like something my 4th grader would have made in the kitchen with some baking soda, food coloring and a cookie cutter. I paid $18 for this? Not like the picture, not the number I ordered, and 22 days after I ordered. Ridiculous.
I called my bank last week when I felt like something was fishy (it had been 19 days since my order and I’d heard nothing). I had to change my credit card in case this was a case of fraud. Total pain! I will be wary of Facebook ads forever from this experience. I included a photo of the FB ad and what arrived at my house today!

Eddie –

My mom was scammed by Vitality Bubbles. My daughter never received the order my mom placed at the beginning of the month. Their Facebook page is down which is no coincidence since it’s obvious they’ve scammed more than one person. Don’t buy from website!

Troy –

I ordered 12 bath bombs for my Granddaughter on 4/6/20 and the money drafted from my account, but she has never received the product and I can’t get anyone to contact me regarding the matter. I sent an email to the email address on their website and it bounced back undeliverable

John –

My experiences is similar to the above, ordered on March 30th so it comes in time for Easter…I ran into the ad on fb or instagram, I don’t remember exactly. I even paid $2 extra for faster shipping, it stated promised 2-3 days. I figured let me pay extra because everything is late due to COVID. I figured it would take a week due to the situation, but it is now April 16th, and I haven’t received a single thing, I emailed the company and did not receive a response.

Clayton –

It is now April 27th…I still haven’t received anything, and no response to my email. I guess it’s time to contact my bank and try to get my money back. Scammers.

Misty –

I also ordered Easter-themed, fizzing “bath bombs” along with a few other items on April 2nd. All items were guaranteed to be delivered by Easter. The ad shown on Facebook highlighted their selling points – 100% Organic, Cruelty free and Fast, Free Shipping. Just like the other complaints, I received a confirmation saying 2-5 day shipping in time for Easter. On the 7th, I received an email mentioning a delay due to the Coronavirus and production delays from “Arianna Griffin”. I reached out on several occasions but did not receive a reply back. I did not receive the product in time for Easter and have since discovered the facebook page has been deleted! The website is still active. I will be disputing the charges with my bank. Do not order from this company!

Cindy –

I had a similar experience to the person above. I ordered on March 30 and have had no reply. Facebook Page is now down, but website is still running. They took out ads on Facebook and seemed legit. I am planning to have my credit card reverse the charges.

On the 28th, I received an email mentioning a delay due to the Coronavirus and production delays. I reached out on April 6th via email, April 7th via email, and sent a facebook message through messenger. I did not receive the product in time for Easter and I went back to the facebook page today to request a refund and the company has been deleted! The website is still active. I am disputing the charges through my bank. Please do not order from this company.
