Ordered the grooming clippers for my fur babies on April 17th paid for express shipping to US (should have taken 7-12 days), The item didn’t arrive until August 4th! After I didn’t get a tracking number within 48 hours I messaged the company and said I wanted to cancel. My dogs needed to be groomed as most did during height the pandemic. I was told by “Laura” they couldn’t cancel the order once it shipped… hmm I was instantly alerted to the scam so documented every conversation. I too used PayPal but the MasterCard version. At first the credit card company found I was liable for the charge and I would have to pay to ship it back (to China I think not) thankfully I had a screenshot of the social media post where they said they were shipping from California. Long story short after months and months of waiting and arguing with PayPal MasterCard (they are horrible with resolving customers complaints and their communication is poor) I did end up getting the charge reversed and haven’t heard what to do with this package that came 5 months later. This people need to be stopped. People work too hard for their money to be scammed out of it. I’ve learned a valuable lesson and will never order from social media ever again,

I was also scammed by paying for the XL dog pool and was sent the XS. I reported this to PayPal and mentioned this site as it looks like Veravolo, Luol is the PP vendor name, pulled a bait and switch. Luol kept low balling me with offer to just keep the Barbie pool. Top offer, $28. I said I would only accept for them to send me the XL pool and a pre-paid return mailer or full refund and a pre-paid mailer to return the wrong pool since it was their error.

After finally offering a full refund after I pay to return the pool at my expense, I called PayPal to discuss. I said why should I be out $20+ more to get my money back when it was Luol’s own fault. She agreed with me and sent Luol a message telling them they have to send me a pre-paid mailer. I haven’t heard back yet, but I know they won’t want to pay the extra money for the return. Anyone who used PayPal for this transaction, I urge you to file a dispute. Maybe they will ban this scammer.

Well…based on other complaints, I guess I should expext my “foot soaking” pool (ordered XL) any day now as I ordered it on May 5 and have still not received it. Been emailing with a person named Sheeran (JH) who promises the pool is on the way but tracking shows its been in Bloomington, CA (Im in San Diego) since July 11. Ive asked for several refunds. This is the first time Ive been scammed as Im usually pretty careful where I order stuff. Lesson learned but Ill report this company anywhere I can. So sad that some people have no morals.

When I finally did receive them, the package was postmarked from Auburn, AL. Used them once. Took it apart to clean and cannot get it back together again. There were barely any instructions. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I purchase 2 Dog paw pools, extra large size, one for each of my grown children’s families. I even paid for Express shipping so they would have them before summer. Received confirmation they shipped April 24th. Tracking numbers did not work so I emailed, was told not to worry they were on the way. Finally got a message that they were in some foreign port a month later. More tracking baloney for a total of 3 months. The pools finally showed up and they are so tiny the dogs won’t even fit. Kids, absolutely not. Less than 30 inches. What a disappointment. I paid almost 60 dollars each for these useless pools that arrived at the end of summer. I am so disgusted.

The paw clippers did arrive but did not look anything like the ad video and only worked for 30 seconds before stopping completely and never recovering. The tracking on the body clippers shows they were shipped in a timely manner, but then went to Korea for over two weeks. From there, they went to San Francisco, then San Jose. They then went to Brisbane, California where they have idled since June 18th. Although I believe they will eventually arrive, I do not hold out great hope of them actually being what was advertised, based on the quality of the paw clippers. I am very disappointed.

Forgot to mention that the order confirmation was sent from Veravolo, but within the email, the link “view your order”, when clicking it it went to a company name Decenaty. This is definitely a scam I have a feeling. Order clippers via amazon instead. Best bet. I called my CCompany and they reversed the charges while investigating.

I placed the order in April as well and have had communication with them. They told me it would take 45 days at most since the covid19 logistics has been change. Its June 4th and nothing…I did receive tracking number from them..the package passed customs it says but its been stuck there for over a week stating that its supposed to be picked up by fedex, but when I called fedex they said that the company is supposed to issue a tracking number and send it to me..which it never now im stuck and wondering what the hell to do. I order from all the time and most of the products come from China, but this one seems to be really off. Dont know what to do right now. Is this company a fraud, would love to believe its not. I purchased low noise pet hair clippers from a facebook post (where this company’s name of Veravolo was not listed until I got to the payment page) on 4/1/20 for $33.38. My card was charged that same day. On 4/13/20, I received an email from Veravolo saying my product was on its way, along with a tracking number. The tracking number was legit, and a label was created for it, however nothing ever happened after that, and that tracking number is now invalid because of no activity after the label was created. I replied to that email 3 times (on 4/13/20, 4/21/20, and 5/6/20) asking for the shipping status and where my product was. The only response I received was on 4/26/20 from "Aria (JH)" at [email protected] saying my product had been shipped and to allow 15-25 days from the shipping date for arrival. Once that time frame passed and the tracking number indicated the product still hadn’t been shipped, I emailed the company telling them to refund my money. I received no response nor refund.

Within an hour I decided to cancel my order because I found the clippers plus a full set for about $10 more. I contacted them and received an email from Piggy asking why I wanted to cancel. I responded to let them know and didn’t hear back. That was yesterday. I assumed my order was cancelled until I woke up this am to an email stating my order had been shipped. I responded telling them that I cancelled the order and have not heard anything as of yet. Something in my gut said scam but I didn’t want to believe it. I decided to do a Google search to call customer service and found this page upon my search. There has to be something that can be done to set these people straight.
