***BEFORE YOU PURCHASE READ EVERYTHING ON THIS SITE*** This company is FRAUDULENT and they are THIEVES. They will not offer you a refund within their promised timeline. They use a forum response for all refund requests. I’ve been trying to obtain a refund since February for an unopened product that I immediately returned within 4 days in good faith. It’s been 7 months and ALL I receive from them is a forum response that they don’t have staff in office to fulfill my request due to COVID. However, they’re able to complete online sales just fine, and update and manage their social platforms for sales opportunities DAILY. They also operate under the 800-800-7577 phone number for sales only!!! If you push option #2 on that phone number and try to reach customer service, you can’t reach a person. They’ll only reply with a forum response via email – THEY WILL NEVER ADDRESS OR SEND YOUR REFUND. Also, the business address they’re operating under is NOT A REAL OFFICE. It’s a public office suite that hosts many other businesses, and is set up like a "We Work" type of office. I contacted the Los Angeles City of Finance list of businesses, and Dept of Consumer Affairs, and they also shared that this is NOT A REAL BUSINESS OFFICE under this business name and they’re fake. Also, no person/owner listed or attached to the business, and The Los Angeles City of Finance confirmed they’ve tried to hide their operating name to avoid lawsuits. I’ve discovered they’re operating under an LLC so if you need to pursue legal action, know that they are LLC. PLEASE BEWARE! DON’T LET THEM STEAL YOUR MONEY. Another name they operate under is Thinedges.com They are preying on victims who have suffered hair loss, and who are desperate. DO NOT LET THEM STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!!
