Type of a scam Online Purchase
Saw this site online and ordered a sweatshirt for my son (an Army veteran). Then decided to order a hoodie sweatshirt for both my son and husband. The items looked to be good quality sweatshirt material similar to something I had ordered for my son the previous year, which he wears and loves.
When the first order finally arrived, from China, it was a nylon, cheap material, not like what was shown on the website. I immediately went online to return it and cancel the second order, but received no response. After sending more requests, I finally got a reponse asking me to take a photo of the item so they could compare it with the product on the website. I did so, and then waited another week. the second order came but I still haven’t opened it, in hopes of returning it also. After other attempts to contact spnation, I received an email stating, "We only offer to refund for customers to whom we sent the wrong design or size of the product." I have started a dispute with my credit card company, but still hope to return these because they are not fit to wear.
