Robert monk replied to my request for a snow removal contractor. I posted an ad on Kijiji for snow removal. I paid him $300. to plow my driveway for half of the season. He didn’t plow for one reason or another and has stopped contact with me after promising to return my money. I gave up on him several months ago. How do you take someone to court that you can’t find?
