Reviv Ultime

Deanna – Dec 14, 2020

I also fell for this scam. After watching a Good Morning America segment, I ended up ordering this product. Although I called in and canceled the auto shipment, I was still charged $200. I had to call my credit card company to report fraud. They fraught it and won. Took this all the way to the BBB and still did not get any results. This is a horrible company!

I saw an ad for face cream at an unreal price. I fell for it, received the cream and it wasn’t any good, did not produce the results promised, and the next month, see two almost 100 dollar withdrawals from my debit card.

I had no idea what those charges were do I naturally thought my debit card had been scammed. I called my bank to cancel my debit card.

I received the second shipment of fake face cream.

I called and was informed that because I had cancelled my order ( I guess that means my debit card.) I was not entitled to a refund.

I looked them up on Facebook and found numerous complaints similar to mine.

I would like my money back. What shall I do?

I went online to order what I thought was a free sample for 4.95 trial sample and this company charged me hundreds of dollars worth of product I never wanted or ordered then when I called to return this unwanted product they stated a policy of no money back after 30 days.

After seeing an article about Katie Holmes’ new age-defying beauty line, I ordered free samples of (her apparent) two products: Revive Ultimè Age Defying Moisturizer and Revive Ultimè Revitalizing Eye Serum, for the cost of shipping ($4.95 for one, $4.90 for the other). Two weeks later I was surprised to find two charges on my credit card from the same company (VEMOPURESKINCREAM and PUREREVIVE) for $98.87 and $93.79. I immediately called the support number I found in the email confirmation for the samples. the support person didn’t seem surprised and informed me that the terms and conditions of the "trial" order specified that I had 14 days to cancel and return the creams. Since I didn’t cancel, I was being charged for the products I received and was enrolled in a subscription that would be refilled until I cancelled. This was a total shock to me, since all I ordered were "free samples" for the cost of shipping (as advertised). I cancelled my "subscription" and asked for a refund, since I didn’t agree to pay for the products. The support person allowed me to cancel any future deliveries but said they would not be sending a refund. I have reported fraudulent charges to my credit card company and my credit card has been cancelled in case of future unauthorized charges. After doing a search, I could not find the company’s website or the original article that lead me to the purchase. They do have a Facebook page full of comments with similar stories to mine of being scammed.

I was on FB scrolling through my feed and a robin Roberts ad appeared. The blk lady that has a host or co host if Good morning America advertising for her skin cream flashed out for reviv ultime. Limited time get you trial bottle of the serum and cream a dollar a piece. Free shipping. Nowhere did I read you must cancel before 14 days or you will be charged 98.90 for the items. I was charged today 05/18/2019. Spoke with a foreign young lady with poor English. She said in a sarcastic I gotcha tone oh another one you didn’t read the rest of the trail offer with a ha ha type of tone. I cancelled and requested a copy of that. Dialect that after 14 days I would be charge 98.90. She hung up on me. I called my Wal-Mart money card greendot affiliate CEO speedstreet spoke with Francis is number75011 and he told me I could not do anything while the transaction is pending. I could file a dispute once the merchant is paid and that it could take up to 30days to complete the dispute. Meanwhile my bill money is gone and I screwed over twice by Wal-Mart money card and reviv ultime. Mad Super Mad Consumer. That’s why I usually don’t do online purchases. If any doubt don’t. Better to do without than to be without

An ad popped up while in Facebook for a FREE SAMPLE of Reviv Ultime. I only looked at it because it said FREE SAMPLE and not FREE TRIAL. Nor did it say anything at check out about a 14 day time to cancel, never even saw where it said there would even be future charges. And second product popped up for a lifting serum, I did NOT select to order that but it was ordered anyway without my approval. I saw a charge fore two shipping fees which prompted me to call them. That is when I was told I was already in a 14 day free trial—but I had not even received the product yet, so now there were 9 days left of the so called free trial and no product yet. Product was received om 3/22.The person extended my trial period for 7 more days after the first call and told me all was disclosed in a small link on the website. I never saw it and apparently, the only way someone would see it is if they selected the link. I tried to find Reviv Ultime on internet, but nothing comes up. Not even the website listed on the product for customer support is legit " [email protected]" does not exist. I called them today to cancel and was told it was not a FREE SAMPLE but free trial and for $29.95 I could get a "CLEAN CANCELLATION." I have to pay to cancel now! And was told the product was Vero Revive and the company that distributed it was VERO REVIVE. Not the name on the product I received, not the name on the invoice I received and no mention of Vero Revive. I asked maybe he had wrong account, then he said the company just changed its name (In the last 2 weeks?) SO I asked him what was I being charged again, and he said just the $9.85 for shipping, and I was canceled, and no $29.95 charged would be added. I will watch for it. All this is very underhanded. And still, no where can I even find Reviv Ultime so I am not even sure what I got. But it says distributed by Reviv Ultime Denver, Colorado and phone nbr is 877-238-1580 same as this Vero Revive. I see plenty of other women on ScamPulse.com website who also got scammed by FREE SAMPLE and then not knowing, found out it was free trial period instead with auto shipment. Someone needs to shut these people down. They are a complete scam company.
