I ordered after they had approached me to be an ambassador. After 2.5 months of no order being delivered, I asked them for a refund, they refused, then they stopped answering altogether. I asked them to provide me with their company registration details, they refused, saying they didn’t have to give them me. On their website, their terms of service states that they are bound by laws in the country in which they are selling to, so they are, by my country’s trading standards, required to provide me with those details. I pointed this out and they got narky and just started ignoring me again. Absolutely disgusting service. They are thieves. Avoid at all costs, unless you like throwing your money away.

Company contacted me to be a brand ambassador and charged my credit card. They refuse to issue a refund

Hey,
you made your order and by that you accepted the Refund policy on our website which states that if you want to receive your money back, you will have to ship us the order once it is delivered.
By the way, this person insisted on getting her money back and did not ship us the leggings that we already processed by the time she asked for money. So the buyer is using this as an excuse.
