I paid or a drone I never got they’re using the shipping partner Pitney Bowes they say they’re only a shipping label company they don’t have the package they don’t have no packages they say my package is Hawthorne California it was mail. I ordered it on May 8th and it May 21st it was in Hawthorne California and I still not received my package I called Hawthorne they said they only do shipping labels I called to into and then they won’t call me back they won’t answer their phone they won’t email me back I’ve got no answer out of them the first couple times I talked to told me it’s in the mail wait a few more days management was supposed to call me back I could not get a manager they wouldn’t let me talk to him and now it is October I still haven’t received my package all I wants my refund they refunded it once put a double bogey cuz it double billed me and give me back 105 but I want my other hundred five back I’m on Social Security I can’t afford to lose it I’d appreciate some help from somebody against these Crooks throughout taking everybody’s money thank you they’re supposed to be shipping it through USPS USPS says they never received the package and to file a claim the tracking number is no longer good it’s been longer than 90 days but I reported it within the first 20 days still nothing help

I purchased a drone on this company website. I have received two emails from the company advising that my order has been shipped and an internal tracking number and USPS tracking number were given. The company does not answer their telephone and the USPS stated that the tracking number was not valid.
I did a google search and found a business near by. I contact this business and asked the owner if they would "walk by" the address to see if it was an actual working business. This person did walk by and advised me that there were people working at the location.
