Type of a scam Fake Check/Money Order
Received letter informing me that I am a secret shopper evaluating customer service at Walmart. They sent me a United States Postal Service postal money order for $998 and said I should deposit immediately. I was instructed to go to Walmart and buy $800 in Walmart gift cards. I was to scratch off all numbers and send them the 16 digit pins as well as all codes and take clear photographs of the cards and pins and send them via email. No mailing address on the letter. Different name and mailing address on the fake money order. Return address on priority mail envelope from Andrew Nielsen, 4708 51st Avenue South, Fargo North Dakota 58104.
