I discovered this company on Instagram and at the time the ad was selling shoes called katia fur slippers. So I ordered 4 different pairs the total amount spent was $143.76. I ordered the slippers on Feb 26 2020 and on March 15th I received an email saying that my order was shipped and on its way. So 3 months later when I still had not received my order I decided to send an email inquiring about it. They sent me a very strange message that said and I quote "Your order is #1607
We will contact the shipping company.
We will refund you.
Please wait 1 week." Needless to say that 1 week past and still I got no package, no refund, and no word from them. After I could not get another reply from them, I decided to inquire about my package using another email and got this response "Please tell us your order number."
After I respond with my order number I again received no response back. They don’t have a phone # on the website and it seems like they are based out of China. I’ve attached emails from them and images of there website plus my tracking info. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE! YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY!
