Looked official, deadline june 18th and has a coded number behind our names. call me if you need it.
Supposed to be a survey, had a lot of political questions about who we support, and priority for the election. Address inside to both myself and my husband, and it provided a login for each of us to complete the survey with smart phone or online.. The logins contained each of our first names and numbers from our address. Got the same letter as the one pictured above!
