I purchased a dress but never got a confirmation or email from this company. They took the money out of my bank account though. I emailed them and I received an automated response in all Chinese letters. Money is still gone but have heard nothing from the company about the dress. I’m VERY UPSET. It was for my child’s baptism.

Took my money but never got dress. Emailed them and they replied back with an automated response in Chinese letters. Couldn’t get ahold of anyone. Ever received anything but did notice the money was taken from my account. The email they have is also fake.SCAM!

This company makes knock off dresses that end up being made from undesirable materials. I reached out to the company by email within the acceptable timeframe since receiving the product and was denied a return because they “couldn’t see a problem” with the product, when the problem is I’m unhappy with the product and materials as the consumer. They essential force you into keeping the product because they scare you by implying there would be high shipping costs to send them back, and suggest giving the items to a friend. Absolutely terrible business practice and upsetting to know they’ll continue to deceive many other people.
