Let’s get these guys out of business and in jail!
I ordered two American Buffalo coins 1 oz each. I got only one of them in a priority mail envelope, no insurance or request for my signature. The coin was rolled into a soft envelope and put into a priority envelope. When I called them, they said it was insured. The post office printout provided me with evidence it was NOT insured. Judging from what I’m reading here, this is a pattern of theirs.
I purchased 5 American gold eagles on July 14 2020 . I received shipping notice on July 23, 2020 that 5 gold eagles were shipped tracking #9506113253120205324745 USPS.
On july 25, I only received 3 coins. There was no invoice in the shipping envelope . They say that there open for contact 24/7 . I’ve called them several times without a response

Dear Mam/Sir,
I purchased 20 American Eagle one-ounce gold coins MGM Bullion located at 19495 Biscayne Blvd., Miami, FL 33180 on June 10, 2020 in the amount of $36,440.69. I received only 10 coins on June 26,20. I have tried to talk to a representative at MGM Bullion every day and have left messages without any success. I was told on June 29th that they will check with their distributor and provide me with the delivery status. At this point, I don’t know what else I can do. They are not responding to emails or voice messages. I left them a final message yesterday and notified them if I don’t hear from them, I would file with your office. I would appreciate your help.
Respectfully,
Behrouz Hadaegh

I want to make you aware of a fraudulent business (MGM Bullion) that is operating out of Miami which has been taking advantage of people for quite some time, from reading about them on the Miami Better Business Bureau website.
I unfortunately have recently fallen victim to their scam as well (I guess my own fault for not looking into them in-depth). MGM Bullion has a website which looks really good. I encountered their website while searching on the internet. I ordered from MGM Bullion through an online sale quantity 20 one ounce gold American Eagle coins on May 21. I was instructed by MGM Bullion to send them a check for $36,840.69 made out to First Third Capital Inc. I sent them the check that day.
In the meantime, after the fact, I saw that the Miami Better Business Bureau had them rated as a D+ Business. I read on the ScamPulse.com site that their scam, or method of operation was to only send a portion of the order, keeping the rest of the customer’s money as profit. As horror over this fact overwhelmed me, I tried to stop the check from going through, but it was too late. I hoped and prayed for the best being this was some of my hard earned retirement savings. I waited for my order to be delivered…….
Well, I received my order yesterday (6-16-2020) and also became a victim to this economic crime. I only received quantity 7 one ounce Gold Eagle coins along with quantity 3 miscellaneous one ounce gold rounds which I did not even order. I was shorted 13 one ounce Gold Eagle coins. MGM Bullion effectively stole from me $18,420.34. I am sure that multiple people are being taken advantage of across state lines as well as within the state of Florida. This business is utilizing the U.S. Postal Service to commit this fraud.
I wish there were something you could do about this…..I keep telling myself, how could I have been this stupid. I always had to work so very hard for anything I could get and always learned from the "school of hard knocks" so to speak. Well, it looks like I have learned another lesson.
Thank you for taking the time to read my complaint.
