My student loans went up $10,000.00 after it was on hold for a chapter 13. Now the say I owe over $20,000.00

I have received countless letters from these people to my home address claiming that I own $22,234.84 in student loans. In their communications, they do not use my correct middle initial. They have now even contacted my employer via mail instructing them to garnish my pay. I have never taken out a student loan in my life and have absolutely no debt in my name.
