My wife found puppy on Instagram on Aug13. And, she contacted to the person (Walter James Schwartz) and purchased a Maltipoo Puppy. But,
we never received puppy. We paid to her through iphone app (CASH APP) total $1,475-. Puppy fee is $925, and Life insurance fee $550 to Transportation company (Pacific Freight Express) – they said it is refundable-. We received information that the person Ms. Walter James S, proceeded shipment of the puppy as she has received money of $925 from us. And then, the transportation company asked us to pay Life Insurance $550. We paid up all on Aug15 and no response at all since then. We found the web site "https://petscams.com/pet-delivery-agency/pacificfrieghtexpress-com/" tells us the transportation company is SCAM and IMPOSTER. They sent us kind of official document for dog sale such as "Dog’s Bill of Sale", "TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP", "Tracking Number" from Pacific Freight Express, "Shipment Information", "Shipper Information". I bet the seller Ms.Walter and Pacific Freight Express are connected.
