Type of a scam Investment
This company will make it seem easy to get a house or rental and not without paying $2000 up front without showing you any property. All they want is money first. When asked for your refund you are told there are no refund. When it states if they have not found what you’re looking for in 3 months you will get your refund which is the catch. They have since removed their website and voicemail. They are very unprofessional the office looks and smell like a garbage dump. I have spoken to three different Real Estate agents and they stated that no agent is to take money from you upfront without you seeing and signing for the property of your choice.
