Type of a scam Identity Theft

i just tried to log onto black desert for the first time in a year or two, and they locked my account due to "security reasons", came up with some SUUUPPPERR sketchy sounding reason as to how and why, and then asked me to send a PHOTO OF MY GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID NEXT TO MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION TO UNLOCK A VIDEO GAME ACCOUNT I ALREADY PAID FOR. i never gave these guys my personal ID in the first place when i signed up for the account, so HOW are they going to use it to verify my account seeing as i never paid with my own credit/debit card? i tried to get them to unlock it without using my ID, and then they say that they can use a bill, i tell them no,then they tell me that there is a law that they cannot change account information without a gov issued identification. so in other words they lied about being able to unlock it without an id, and then they lied about there being a law that requires them to have a gov issued id to change account info, and to make things even more ridiculous, I NEVER ASKED TO CHANGE ANY ACCOUNT INFO. i never asked to have my account locked, all i asked for was access to my account that i paid for and spent money on, unchanged, no changes, i just want my account back, but when i ask for it they tell me there’s a law that wont let them change account information without using your gov. issued id, when they just got done telling me they could do it with a bill proving where i lived after i refused the first time. I NEVER ASKED TO CHANGE ACCOUNT INFORMATION, AGAIN. this is absolutely absurd, they are clearly up to no good, you SHOULD NOT PLAY THIS GAME. they are trying to steal your personal identification and information about you. i never asked to change anything about my account, i never asked to change my email, i never asked to change my password, i never asked to have my account locked, all that i asked for is access to my account that i paid for. this company is a bunch of crooks. i warn you, DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE EXTORTED FOR YOUR PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION AFTER SPENDING 100$+ IN GAME

i have other emails, and this is not the first time this has happened, they do this to other people aswell.

heres another email, where i requested access to my account, no changes what so ever, didnt want to change my email, my password, nothing, because i know my account was not compromised, and was denied even a response.

also they have separate entities for the EU and i think korea aswell. if that helps. ill talk about whatever i have to talk about to anybody to get this information out there, i dont want anybody else to waste money on this game just to be extorted for their identification.
