ordered product through facebook. total cost was $13 dollars. product is called keto kit vip. site stated a 30 day money back.. within 2 weeks i was charged $188 and $88 without signing up for anything. i called each of the five numbers they have and each are the same generic thank for calling customer service voicemail. i got finally transferred to a foreigner(same one person each different number)and its very nosey in background. i told him i signed up for nothing and i wont a refund. he says thats not gonna happen and explain how i can get a kit for $660 or special today for less. i tell him numerous time i dont want product that i am done with this scamming and he says sorry not gonna happen. i say what about 30 day trial he says nothing. for 17 mins i tell him i want a refund and he just keeps on and on about product. no business would do this. it is a scam…
