They took almost $*** from me for hair. I’ve called, messaged on Instagram and even snap chat and yet to have heard from anyone. It’s been been a full week and still no sign of my order…or even getting in contact with “management”

I went to the website and ordered my hair. The money went to Bella Dream Hair via PayPal and I do have a conformation via email on November 25, 2016. On December 5, I sent an email to get a status on my order. I got an email back stating process time was 5 to 12 days prior to shipping. On December 7, I sent another email expressing my dissatisfaction and was sent and email back stating they were sorry and that I would be contacted by phone. I provided my phone number per their request. I have a copy of this email. December 8, I sent another email and have yet to get any calls back. Also I have left several voicemails and no return calls. Today I can and the line doesn’t even ring. The line had noise but I’m not able to get a ring so that I can speak to someone. I spent $295 and have not received my product or a return call. Today is the 12th business day. This is ridiculous.
