I also purchased two chairs on the 16th July, 2020 and received confirmation that my order was successful, also that my payment was deducted successful. I have emailed the company two times, one in mid September and one mid Nov, asking for progress report, as I was given a FedEX tracking number as well as an international tracking number, once the item was ‘apparently’ in transit to Sydney, Australia, on 3rd August, 2020. There is no record of it ever arriving in Australia and last record was that it departed FexEx location in Memphis, TN, 38118 on 29 August, 2020.
Links in the original email for both ‘View Your Order” and ‘Visit Our Store’ now come up with warnings and won’t go further.

I am off to my bank to see whether I can get a refund as I paid with VISA.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I ordered two chairs with expedited shipping on 7/10/20. I received a confirmation that my order was confirmed but nothing since. I’ve emailed the company using the email ([email protected]) listed on their website three times, but have had no response. I have not received any products but the money was taken out of my account (I used Apple Pay to make the purchase).

Thank you for sharing. It’s comforting to know I’m not the only one scammed… or that I was being irrational in these times of COVID and international delivery services possibly being delayed.
