We continue to receive ‘Accounting Department’ faxes that appear as an Invoice Due from Yellow Pages Directories Inc. (PMB # 179, 6 Liberty Square, Boston, MA 02109, phone 1-877-340-9772 and fax 1-877-370-4440), as well as automated Invoice Due billing calls, despite repeated faxed requests to be removed from ANY and ALL solicitation lists. We are now receiving ‘Outside Billing Department Collection Warning’ faxes and automated Collection Warning calls from Yellow Pages Directories Inc. (Bulgaria, 9154 Aksakovo, PO Box 5, phone 1-888-586-1999, fax 1-888-429-1666). We are unable to reach anyone to request removal via phone. Each fax request leads to further fax harassment. We are a small Catholic Church, and wish to receive NO further communication from this company. Our concern is that they will find a way to ‘legitimately’ bill us for services without our consent, leading to true Collection Action against us.
