Definitely a scam. I’ve had a similar experience of not receiving what was ordered and interacting with a bogus “company rep” via email. They should be shut down immediately.
Ordered toilet paper back in March from Woo Kids for $33.70 with shipping. Suppose to be Great Northern Ultra 48 double rolls. Never received the order, asked for a refund. No answer. Obviously this site is a scam! Surprised PayPal did not pick up on that before allowing payment. Do not order anything from Woo-Kids!
This company is a scam! Don’t do any business with them. I’m not even sure if they are a legitimate business. Definitely not in the US. They are a Chinese company taking advantage of US customers.
What I received is not what I ordered. Miniature rolls of toilet paper and not nearly as many as the ad said should have been two orders of 36. Receive 16 miniature rolls of nondescript toilet paper. Paid $60. Total scam

I went to the Target website to order toilet paper. This product came up from "Woo-Kids". I ordered $60 worth of toilet paper and it appears to be a scam. Across the top of their web page "woo-kids.com", it says the toilet paper will be delivered to you,don’t worry even when not going through the order link.
