Be careful…. contractor and I agreed to have deck to be replaced, upon agreement contractor was paid half up front.. after a week the contractor stated he could not do the work and wanted to keep $3200 of the $4000 for his time.Contractor did mabye one days worth of work in a week, asked for the full amount up front although we agreed to pay half in the beginning and held on the end, left trash in my yard,and my pool pumps clogged which where originally working.
