I was scammed out of $3184.00 by Whitneys Dachshund Puppies, Mark North, Phone #’s 737-256-6826, 609-300-4920. This website is still active and selling the same puppy that I tried to buy. Atlantic Pet Ways, Eric Spencer, 409-276-5017. Puppy needed a thermal crate, $984.00, Cite fee $500.00, USDA fee $500.00, Quarantine fee $1500.00. I was threatened that if I did not send the final payment the puppy would be put into quarantine and I would be charged with abandonment and fined $8000.00. The dates were 11/18/2019 and 11/19/2019
