This website used to be legit years ago and is now a total scam. Never received my order emailed support several times with no reply all phone numbers are disconnected. They took my money and that was it. I received an order number That means nothing!

Lawsuit is currently being filed. Here is the official documentation that was sent to the BBB and FTC. In the process of filing a official complaint and summons within New York Jurisdiction. I recommend everyone else who was scammed do the same. This can turn into a class action lawsuit. They refuse to give me the item for which I have purchased, and refuse to refund my money.

I am sending this email as documentation so as to add to this file I have open. Due diligence on my part is needed, for when it comes time for me to take the necessary steps within a court of law. This company is committing mail fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1341; wire fraud, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1343; and conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1349.

Regarding this companies New York Jurisdiction, there is a similar case that was decided in April of 2019: United States v. Borker, (S.D.N.Y. Apr. 24, 2019) Borker and co-defendant Michael Voller were charged in an indictment with mail fraud, wire fraud, and conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud. In a May 19, 2017 criminal complaint, the Government charged Borker with mail and wire fraud in connection with his operation of Opticsfast.com (“Opticsfast”), another online eye-wear retailer. According to the Complaint, Borker – since at least July 2011 – has engaged in a variety of fraudulent conduct through the Opticsfast website, including selling customers “defective, damaged, used, or counterfeit” eye-wear; not repairing or further damaging eye-wear delivered to Opticsfast for repair services; refusing to refund purchases; charging unauthorized restocking fees; charging for shipping labels advertised as pre-paid; and failing to send eye-wear to customers who had paid for their purchase. The Complaint further alleges that Borker subjected customers who attempted to return merchandise “to a campaign of abusive emails and text messages, often using aliases.”

They sent a confirmation email and said they would send a tracking number within 10 business days… well the days went by and nothing.. i contacted them by email and they just kept claiming it was on “back order” it is now January 19th and i haven’t received anything. No tracking number, not emails, no refund, and not my products i ordered either. They have blocked my emails i have contacted them several times.. and gotten nowhere. It’s is now the end of December heading into the New Year and I’ve left over 10 emails with [email protected] with no response from them. This now seems to be under fraudulent activity being that it is outside of the timeframe listed on the BBB’s site for online ordering. I emailed them and called them a couple of times and no response. After seeing an ad numerous times on Facebook and instagram for waistshaper, I decided to place an order especially since they claimed speedy shipping and there weren’t negative comments. On Feb. 15, I placed the order and since the facebook add claimed next day shipping I followed up with them the following week since I didn’t receive the shipment confirmation. The follow up was done Feb. 27 to be exact. On that day I was told that marketing was trying to correct the ads and that shipping took 10 days. It is now March 12 and my item has not shipped. I contacted them today and they told me there shipment was stuck in customs. I asked them to cancel my order since its been so long and to kindly refund my money and they refused stating all sales were final. Then when I tried to ask for the third time where my order is after purchasing two weeks ago, I was met with totally out of line rude responses from Jenny. At that time, they said USPS, so I gave them my po box. It took me contacting them three times after the seven day window to get my order "shipped". I have two tracking numbers that say shipped on the 9th. A full 12 days after the order was placed. I have been patient, but it’s been over a month since the order. On top of that one of the tracking numbers has never left their facility yet. The other has been saying the same thing- it’s on its way- for the rest of the time… it hasn’t moved. I called the 800 number and the customer service tech was super rude. She wouldn’t let me talk, yelled over me, didn’t care what inhad to say, wouldn’t let me speak to her manager. Unbelievable. I asked for my money back and she smugly replied that I would have to call back in 3 days. What for? This smells like a scam and I paid almost $80 for my items. I want my money back.

The place is fraud. when you place an order they have an option to pay extra to receive your merchandise within 1-3 day but the free mailing option delivery days is from 7-10 days. I placed an order on 12/7/16 as a rush and paid the 12.98 extra for the 1-3 day delivery. It is currently 12-19-16 and I still don’t have my merchandise. I also called the "toll free" number of (888)-464-6238 its only a machine who say she will transfer you and comes back to say leave a message no one is available. also email the site [email protected] and no response. I even tried the so called "Live Chat" good luck you’re only talking to yourself. This place is a scam and a fraud. They trick you to order and take your money. Thank goodness I used a credit card and not a debit and will be disputing this fee as fraud.
