This company called me to assist in getting my student loans refinanced at a lower rate. Paid them $800 and never heard back from them.. my loans have not been changed at all. Called the FSA – govt office, they said that they did not receive anything and that i could apply for free on their websites. The company emails are sent back undeliverable. their phone numbers just drop the call.
