Received a phone call from united states credit agency stating i was being sued for a fraudulent card or check i have no knoweldge of they had a very strong accent i stated to them i have no cards and no knoweldge of this matter they began to harrass and threatened me please make them stop . the guy name was mike jordan he said. The phone number they called me from is 646-679-5669.

They called and said I had a lawsuit agaisnt me and a court date was being set for tomorrow "2/11/16" and they will contact my employer and credit bureu in regards to a debt I knew and know nothing about in the amount of $5,484.87. The name of the company they called from is United States Credit Agency. I did some research on the company through google and found nothing but fraud with fake phone numbers that aren’t in service. they Number they called from is a New york area code starting with (646)202-9428 and when I called back he hung up on me. I called again and he let me talk then he told me to change my number.
