Received call from Dan Vega (918) 558-8346 on 08. 28. 2020
I received a SMS text from [email protected] shortly after I had a disturbing conversation with someone by the name of Dan Vega in Oklahoma who claimed that he was representing UAA. The message demanded that I should meet the writer at SUNOCO Gas Station in 1 hour before he “showed up to my place!!!!!”
In the initial conversation someone called from UAA and identified himself as Dan. He told me:
· that my brother was an immoral crook,
· that I couldn’t speak English, either because of my accent or my speech impediment – I was agitated when he started telling me personal details about myself – and asked if my last name was Nigerian and foreign.
· that he had been adopted and that his mother had been raped
· that he had attended Stanford and put himself through college without any assistance · that he could see my credit score from using the last digits of my social security number – which he quoted – and that my credit score was “not the best”
· that he knew that I didn’t have a car but that he drives a BMW license plate number 325IBMW2013 and that he has no debt
· my exact address where I live including the apartment number
· told me that he was the person in charge of the company since his boss Michael Medina was off on vacation in the Bahamas
· hung up the phone on me repeatedly when I tried to get an explanation why he would list the members of my “family tree” that he would call until he got contact with my brother
I filed a complaint with Mr. Vega’s coworker, Brook (Complaint #0986), with my telephone service provider and I intend to file a report with my local police.
