I placed an order with this company in November 2017 to receive a leather Dallas Cowboys Bomber Jacket. I never got any notification or email of when to expect this order. In January 2018 this is the email I received:

Top Gear Ink ([email protected])To:you Details

Hello,

This email is in regards to your order with Top Gear Ink Store.

We want to take a moment to apologize for any inconvenience. Our suppliers/manufacturers, have created bit of a snag. They’ve produced and delivered the items to us, but they were defected in one place. We didn’t want to pass on this defect to you and simply send the whole batch back to them and asked them to redo everything. That has caused a delay in the delivery.

We’ve emailed everyone about this situation, but for some reason, some emails didn’t get through. It’s possible that when we sent large batch of emails, some of them ended up in junk or spam or didn’t even get delivered (due to volume of emails sent out at once).

We are working with the suppliers to try to expedite the process as much as possible without sacrificing the quality. It should be ready and shipped out soon. Once it does get shipped out to you, we’ll email you a tracking number that you will allow you to track your package online.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have any questions or comments about your order, email us directly at: [email protected] (even if you’ve tried that before).

Sincerely,

Top Gear Ink

It is now May 2018, I have not heard from them since and I have sent 2 separate emails requesting a refund to no avail.

on 02/09/2018 I saw a Dallas Cowboys bomber jacket being advertised on Facebook for $139.00 with free shipping. With my husband being a big cowboys fan I ordered it. I received the order confirmation number and my receipt. Well toward the end of February when I didn’t hear anything I reached out to the company via the [email protected] and received no response I went back to Facebook and found out this online store was through a third party site call shopify.com. I have been trying ever since all I want is the coat or my money back but I know that is just wishful thinking.
