A weight lifting set was an ADD on facebook, I placed the order for over a few hundred dollars and received confirmation emails and tracking, 5 months later with regular follow up the website I ordered from was shut down and I have no replies via email. I was robbed and this company needs [censored] down so nobody else is scammed. China company said that COVID19 delayed the process but its been almost a half year!

I ordered a dumbbell set and they delivered it to another state. I emailed them stating that, and they told me they used the address i put down. I then emailed them back a snapshot of the delivery address showing proof and they have not responded. This website is a scam, I order everything back in April.
I purchased 5-50 lbs dumbbells on April 28 for $128.41 USD. I have yet to receive anything. I received one response on May 14, 2020 when I inquired how long it would be for the product to arrive, I received this response:
“Thank you for sending us the mail. We have received payment.
We also need to process hundreds of orders every day, so the arrival time will be 15-20 days. Would you please be patient with your package? Thank you.
If you have any questions, please reply to your email. Thank you.”
I’ve followed up since then several times without a response. Now the website is down.
I ordered the dumbbell set with weight rack for $99 on April 28 2020. Total price paid was $101.78. The tracking information now says that my item was delivered today June 16 at 10:57am to Great Falls MT, 59404! That is not true. I live in West Virginia 25404 so either its a scam and I have waited a month and a half for no reason or they accidentally delivered to the wrong location in another state. Either way Im freaking pissed and nothing I can do about it. DO NOT BUY this item!
I ordered my dumb bell set on May 1st. It’s been over a month and I have not received any information about my order Shipping or an estimated date of delivery. I emailed the vendor at [email protected], and I have not received a response. When I try to look up my order on the website, the website address is no longer valid and I received an error message saying “this shop is unavailable”.
I did April 30th they are coming from China it will take a month for the tracking to come in mine is coming in this monday and I’ll let u know if it’s real
I ordered the dumbbell set on May 3rd. May 5th shipping updated in the SHOP app but has not left Dongguan China since.
I did get an email reply from someone and hey said it can take “25 working days” (business days I guess)..
It is now the 27th. Its been 18 business days technically so I guess I will wait til 25 business days have passed before I file a fraud claim.
I have been waiting for a month now and nothing has come in. The company doesn’t exist now. I’m noticing now the company was a scam. I can’t believe Facebook allows scammers to use their platform. I guess I should change my card information because they now have my card information which is a huge concern.
I ordered this product as well on April 30 and I am unable to make contact with anyone to verify. On May 2nd, I did receive an email (pictured) from someone/somewhere that my order has shipped. Very little information is attached to the email but I can track my order through the app. The only problem is it’s all in Chinese. The last entry on the shipping information was on May 8 and it reads: 东莞市, 计划交航空公司运输. Which translates to: Dongguan City plans to pay airline transportation. Those who ordered, check your email and see if you received something similar. This product may be stuck in customs with everything going on over there. I’ll update if something else comes in. Hope this helps.
I also order the 5-50 dumbbell set I got the comf. # and everything to look legal but it’s been about 3 wks now and nothing every time I go back to the site it;s like it never was there . You would think that face book would do a better job of policing there sites !
I ordered the Hex dumbbell set and never received it. only received a receipt in Chinese. I checked the website and doesnt exist anymore. i emailed them and nobody got back to me. .
Ordered DB set with rack on April 30, 2020 via the ad from Facebook. Got the email confirmation after it charged my card even with getting the Shop track information that only states that the order is placed. I have emailed several times now with no reply. I will give till tomorrow evening and then will get in touch with my credit card company and claim scam through them. Very disappointed in the dumba** who decided to take advantage of people who are wanting to better themselves during this time of crisis.

I purchase the 5-50 lbs. DB Set through Facebook. On April 29, I made a purchase to be sent to a family member (young cousin in HS playing football) and it still has not been delivered. I have sent emails (along with my cell number) and have not received a response. I also ordered one for myself on May 4th, so I am now concerned about that also.
ANGRY FACEBOOK/IG USER-
I Purchased this 5-50pc dumbbell, AT $99.99, I spent an additional $7 for 3 day shipping TOTAL $107.15, advertised by FACEBOOK and INSTAGRAM, who should validate stores before allowing users to be scammed. I have sent 3 emails to the company with no response. This morning I reached out to SHOPIFY and they say there is nothing they can do. All 3 of these companies should have done their due diligence to avoid the end users from being scammed. I hold Fabcebook and IG responsible for allowing a fraudulent company to use their platform to scam the public, especially in these COVID-19 days where we are all vulnerable to staying healthy as we have no other options but to workout from home.

I clicked on an ad on Facebook for a set of dumbells. It took me to a Shopify store. I placed my order. It charged my card. The vendor sent me an order conformation number and a tracking number. It also provided me with an app, ‘Shop’, to track my order.
Bought the same thing through their Shopify store on May 2. I received a receipt, order #, and tracking #. It says my shipment has moved 6 times, but is still sitting in the same city in China. Hasn’t updated since May 5. I emailed the ‘service’ address that they supplied, but haven’t heard back from them yet. I’ll give it a few more days before I file it as a scam complaint.
