I ordered a polygel nail kit that was about 30 dollars. I clicked on a link on Instagram and it took me teerunning’s website. Everything seemed normal until I had a question and noticed their email was not professional but I proceeded to contact them. The person answering did not refer me by my first name rather continued calling me costumer… I ordered my kit on April 4th and it has not arrived. I emailed them about that and the person who contacted me told me that things were a little strict in shipping equipment. My order number is *********. They sent my tracking number but when I search for it it is still in china and now it is saying that my number is expired. I just want my 30 dollars back.
