Got Scamed Out $ 500.00.
Unsure if this is a scam. Same advertisement but from Virginia Beach VA

Type of a scam Online Purchase
This site is selling chihuahua puppies. They send pictures and updates. You pay for your puppy through Zelle, MoneyGram, CashApp, pre-paid Visa or payPal. They will stall when providing shipping information. You then receive a new email from a transport company, Trans Cargo Freight ([email protected]) requesting additional funds for pet insurance. When you refuse to pay they get angry and try to barter with you on sending more money. They use guilt tactics. They say they will refund purchase price within 24 hours but don’t.
So is this a scam ? Do they send you the dog or not
