Called a listed number to help me gain access to my Turbo Tax account. The number listed on the site is 1 844-802-1403. The "technician" on the phone tried to access information on my computer. The "technician" fooled me by saying that he needed access to my computer to help me get the document. He tried to open my security settings and I closed out my computer and denied him access.
