Type of a scam Online Purchase

I purchased a rear diffuser and side skirts from strafe designs website April 27, 2020 . I saw under the FAQs on their website that product build time can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks so I emailed the websites listed support email and said, “ I looked under FAX and I see builds can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks, I was just curious if they were built already/what the ETA could be? My email has been acting up and if there was a tracking link sent I did not receive it. Thanks!” (emailed April 28) I then got a response from Brandon Kone on April 30 stating, “ Hello ****! You’re looking at about 1 more week in production! – Expect a few automatic emails with tracking info when your orders go out.

Thanks for your patience! Let us know if you have anymore questions!“ I then send a follow up email May 7th, “ Hey, I know its been 7 business days since my last e-mail and I was just curious how things were coming? I am not trying to rush anything by any means, more or less just checking in. These things take time and I understand things from a company’s point of view; just very excited and eager to install the new car parts. (:” Brandon responded the same day and said, “ Hey ****! On schedule to make it out mid next week! Happy to help! Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with!” I then emailed him back May 13, “ Any new current update? I am going to head out of town here soon and would like to know of an ETA… thank you” He then sends me an automated email with a shipping label with a tracking label through USPS. Few days go by and still no actual update, which led me to emailing him back May 17th, “ Will USPS be receiving the items soon? Still no ETA on my products.” Several days pass with no response from them so i emailed them again June 4th, “ What’s the ETA of my products?” Still no response so I email him the next day, “ Brandon, I have been pretty patient with you and now you are just ignoring me like all your other negative reviews on BBB. I would like a response from you or I will report your business to the Federal Trade Commission as you are treating the situation very poorly and I feel as if you have ripped me off and are scamming me. Please do not ignore this email.” He then re sends the automated email with the shipping label from USPS instead of replying to my emails, this time the USPS website insists neither the “tracking” for the side skirts or rear diffuser are trackable. Which led me to email him again June 13th, “ Not too surprised you didn’t respond to me yet again. Both tracking numbers or should i say “shipping label” numbers provided are not pulling up anything or no information. All it says is “Not trackable” UPDATE?” And now here I am writing this out June 16th and still no update or working tracking/shipping label information.
