I originally placed Order to Spelesy Boutique on May 11, 2020, after numerous emails requesting delivery the package finally arrived on Saturday July 11, 2020, (60 Days). I paid with PayPal, I filled a complaint and even escalated it for Resolution, PayPal kept extending the resolution date. I called PayPal asking why they were extending the Resolution date. Their response was the supplier provide them with shipping documents.
I would like to return or exchange the item. I typically wear a size Medium 8-10, I ordered a size Large wanting it to be baggy, however the Large is too tight. I would like to return the Spelesy Drawstring Denim Jumper all together due to the fact the orginial order took 60 days to arrive. I was reading on your website that says I can return the order to the states. However their customer service will not return my email. This Company is a joke, I left a bad review on their website. They only publish the good reviews.

I ordered pants, they arrived, poor fabric and fit, nothing like the cute photo they had on the model. they said to donate them and would send another pair. donated them, received another pair just as poor quality as first pair.
asked for refund, and it took multiple attempts to get response. shipped USPS to an address in OR they directed me to (I see they actually operate out of NY) and they sent an email stating they did a “manual refund” of an amount that wasn’t close to what I paid. I think the email was a fake as the funds have never been returned. I have been emailing them about all of this since the order in April 2020. They have stopped responding and I’ve filed a complaint with PayPal as well 2 times…sending all the correspondence they have asked for as well as the tracking number for the pants. so now I’m out the cost of the pants plus the shipping to return them.
Now, I do not see their ads on IG any longer or I would report them there.
This company is not legit. Beware. POOR QUALITY, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

Terrible customer service. I have been waiting 2 months for product and nothing… I email and nothing. They supplied a tracking number 1 month ago so I can track my item “processing in warehouse” for 5 weeks. And from what I’ve NOW read, looks like I’m waiting on a terribly made product. Do NOT fall for their scam ads!

Bizarre fabrics! Items look nothing like photos. Do not buy! Wish stuff is better and 1/10 the price. Never received order number/confirmation. Order took 2 months to receive. Items were suitable for garbage can. They make us hard to return. Not sure if I’ll ever get my money back after spending another $13 in return shipping. This is a SCAM. So sick of these companies taking advantage of people.

I ordered a pair of pants and they took my money. I never received the pants. I repeatedly contacted their customer service for a refund which they did not give me. It’s been 2 months and I never received anything from them – no pants and no return. This company is a China based company scamming people through instagram ads. Avoid at all costs.

I sadly got sucked in by a cute t-shirt ad on Instagram and, like most here, I did not think to look for company/product reviews before purchasing. Fabric info as written on website is “Cotton/Poly” however, the shirt I received is definitely 100% polyester for sure, not the cute lightweight tee that I was hoping for. It fits funny under my arm at my breast and is TOTALLY overpriced for what I received. I’m not going to bother trying to get a refund based on everything I’ve read. DO NOT BUY unless you like polyester ☹️

Stay away from Spelesy Boutique!
My order finally arrived after 6 weeks.I emailed their customer support site numerous times, until someone finally replied that it was “in process” and supplied a tracking link. It sat in the same spot for weeks and then finally moved to the next destination. When the order arrived it was partially wrong. I have attempted to contact support for 2 weeks now without any response. I am assuming I’ll never get what I ordered and will be stuck with something I don’t want! The quality is poor. I should have known better than to order from an online site that I didn’t first check out. Learn from my mistake! Stay away!

I ordered something, I had a feeling it wasn’t legit, the products were crap.
I emailed about return. After emailing twice to three times a day they finally replied with a return address (which I had to get out of them- they didn’t want me to return- they tried to have me keep the items) now, I’ve sent back to an address in Massachusetts, and no one is getting back about a refund.
The package was delivered weeks ago, and I can’t get a hold of anyone about my money back.
I email at least twice to three times a day. It’s a scam.

Ordered jumpsuit and shirt 5-2-20 and still haven’t received The items. I’ve e-mailed company at least 7 times. No number available to call them either. I have called my bank and told them this place is fraudulent. I’m hoping to receive my money back but if not I guess it’s quite the lesson learned. I’ll never buy anything off of FB or Instagram again!

I ordered a top from them on March 29, and still have not received it on July 10. They have not responded to any of my emails. In the order tracking does not work. They say they have no record of it. Definitely would not buy from them again

Awful! Just awful!
Awful! Just awful! I love shopping on line, however I have never received such poor customer service from anywhere! I asked for a refund the same day that I received my 2 clothing items and they will not provide a shipping address to return the clothes, nor will they refund my money. They have responded to one email saying they will “look into this”! Buyer beware! They also do not provide a phone number for their customers to contact them. They should not be allowed to be in business!

I have experienced many of the same complaints as other people have shared. I ordered a denim jumper on May 9, 2020. There is no shipping information past May 13th and today is June 9, 2020. I saw where they said it may take up to 20 business days to receive your order and their website does say it could take an additional 5-6 days. I have given them plenty of time and sent an email to their customer service department and am hoping to hear back soon. I just looked around their website and there are no places for customer reviews which I find odd, but I guess they know they would have terrible ratings if they did that. Please do not fall for this scam.

On May 7, 2020 I ordered two pairs of joggers for my niece, at her request, for her birthday. As of June 2, 2020 these items are sitting in California and have been for the last 15 days. Needles to say, her birthday has come and gone. I contacted PayPal to do a payment dispute and am refusing to pay for the items. I would never buy anything from this company again.

The company is listed AS SPELESY BOUTIQUE."belinda fashions INC

i was asked to return to FENG ZHOU 1923 MCDONALD ave suite #186,Brooklyn NY 11223, THe package was recd back to my home address saying "return to sender" not accepted.

I have left numerous calls at the belinda fashion voice mail with out a response.

This appears to be a fraud……………a refund is due for approx 100.00 dollars

I sent (never gonna wear the crappy clothes anyway) now they won’t answer my emails. No refund.

I have had the exact same experiences as those mentioned. The joggers I preserved took forever to arrive, tracking was inaccurate and Then I was unable to return the cheap joggers. I sent my return to the address they eventually gave me and it was returned to me stamped “refused”. Total scam!

I purchased a t shirt and camp sweats. Looked really cute when I finally received them the material on both horrible and cheap. Both very short made for Chinese people. And the color was off too. Tried the email for 2 weeks now to try and return and nothing. Scam island. They already charged my credit card and they charge a lot for their garbage. According to tracking information my package has not cleared customs and is sitting someplace in Los Angeles. I have attempted to contact Spelesy via email on 2 occasions and no response, although their website says they will return communication within 3 days. SCAM don’t buy from Spelesy Boutique!

Having trouble returning items that I bought and dislike. The sweater feels like it is made out of gunny sack material and the dress is bulky and awful. They are dragging their feet giving me the return address. What irritates me the most is that they come off like a US company on FB but they the items apparently come from China. This is the second time I have been caught by a company on FB, it won’t happen a 3rd time!

This clothing website is falsely representing the goods they are selling. The items I received were terrible knock offs or copies from what seems to be an online stock photo that they are advertising from. Poorly made, terrible quality, cuts in the fabric. Fabrics not as described.
