Type of a scam Rental
I saw a great ad on craigslist. The next day they responded and it just did not seem right. I asked them to send me an application to see if it was real. Attached is the application they sent me along with the message they sent me. When they texted me the next day asking for my application, I texted that I was not comfortable as it seemed like a scam. Of course, they assured me it was not. In this county, w e had major fires in October of 2017 and lost about 6000 homes. The rental market is very expensive and limited and these people need to be caught and punished.
