i received a phone call from a Daniel Shipley of Shuman & Knows, Allenspark, CO 80520 at 720-307-1529 regarding a mail sweepstakes I responded to and I won in December 2015. He told me his office is working with Citicorp 518-533-5250 in Albany NY to resolve sweepstakes payouts that were never made. I was told I won in December 2015 $1,267,000 and $316,000 would be withheld for taxes, giving me $950,000. I was told to call the Albany phone number and give them my Activation Code 212-015-420 to begin the process of releasing the money to me. All of my website and phone searches lead no where. I also received the second call from 720-307-1529 but did not answer and he did not leave a message. Since I cannot find anything on Shuman & Knows, or which Daniel Shipley he was, I think this is a scam. Do you have any info on this possible scam. I will not proceed until I hear from you.
