I purchased a 20′ round bell-style tent from this company at the end of May, 2019, and received confirmation of shipping from the company on June 7 via email. The item has never arrived, the company will not return emails, and the website shows "shop unavailable" when I attempt to visit it. There is no physical address information provided except "Phoenix, AZ", and the origin of the product was China. I did receive a fidget spinner in the mail on the day that USPS mail shows delivery of the tent, but with no return address, I thought it was a solicitation for purchasing a product and threw it away. I had no idea this was shipped in place of the almost $170 item I ordered. I have opened a dispute with the credit card company I used for my order, and the investigation is ongoing. I have also reported the social media post/advertisement to Instagram as a scam. I would like to prevent others from being scammed by this fraudulent company if at all possible.
