I received a letter on pink paper via USPS stating that if I did not call 1-877-811-7774 by 10/19/2018 that my car warranty will lapse, I will have no coverage, and I will be financially liable for any and all repairs after my factory warranty expires. The letter does not state the make, model, or year of my car not does it state the dealership I purchased the car from.

I received a letter in the mail that states I need to call that company to activate my warranty coverage on my vehicle. This is obviously fake, as I know the state of the warranty on my vehicle. Also, the letter doesn’t even know what kind of vehicle I purchased. Finally, in very small text at the bottom of the letter, it says, "This is an advertisement to obtain coverage."
