Emailed Knutts pest control wanting a spider and cockroache treatment….said he was in the hospital and couldn’t meet me but gave a location with address to go service the house. Convinced me to get the keys from previous owner by sending them money after my payment comes through ie charge extra on fake credit card then send to another email address
