Type of a scam Online Purchase

I read an article on facebook about Macy’s stores closing. In the article it said they were giving away free products from their top of the line makeup vendors, I only needed to pay shipping. So I put my information in and paid the shipping fee. The charge showed up on my card as "Skin Magic Beauty" three weeks later I get a call from the fraud department at my bank asking if I authorized a 103 fee for skin magic. I said No and they denied the payment. I was advised I needed to call them to ensure they do not bill me again. I called the number and a foreign man answered, did not say a company name. I requested that he cancel my account and not charge me because I was not paying for the product as the product was free with shipping, by the way, I NEVER got the product. I repeatedly asked him to cancel, he argued and argued with me trying to negotiate a different price, it was exhausting. I asked the man what the name of the company was to which he responded "Roll on Skin Care Limited" which is completely different than who I was charged by. I asked for the president of the company’s name, he would not give me that or a supervisor name or anything. 25 minutes later I was no closer to getting him to cancel my account. I finally hung up on him and called my bank back. I had to pay a $33 charge to ensure that this company could not charge me anything in the future for the next two years. I have also disputed the shipping charge even though it was so small because I never did even get the product. This company are liars, scammers, and thieves!
