Type of a scam Healthcare/Medicaid/Medicare
Person named "Julie" called (sounded like a call center) and stated she was with Senior Health (Medicare) and said they were sending out free COVID-19 tests to all Medicare recipients. She also talked about splints and that we’d get a call from a telehealth doctor (who never called). We did NOT order any splints. Her calling number was different than number above. Number listed above is supposedly their business number. They have medical equipment companies send items (splints, I’m assuming), and bill Medicare for them. Called regular #, reached "Michael", who hung up on me after I asked him some questions. They’ve sent 2 items so far; I did NOT order anything. Shipped them back without opening. Beware of this scam! Was caught off guard because had just been talking w/Medicare about billing problems. It happened right after my call to Medicare.
