Type of a scam Tech Support
Was having problems with Roku device. I googled Roku tech support. Activated a chat session only to find out they were closed.
Next day I recv’d a phone call alleging that they were tech support. Tried to sell me a $169.00 PREMIUM Service policy. As I got more suspicious about the caller’s intent, he got frustrated. He agreed to refund the money but swore that my Roku devices would no longer function unless I paid. Well needless to say, he hacked my Roku account and disabled all my devices. When I called back he told me to pay and he would restore their function. Do not use these people. They lie and steal !
