I purchased an Audio Waveform mask from Secret Sauce and I was never given a tracking number. When I contacted them about my order via email, I received an automated email message. Their Facebook fan page is filled with complaints from numerous customers about not getting there merchandise.

I found this company off an Instagram ad for fearofmissingout.com I ordered a pair of leggings. Paid for them and got a order confirmation. After a month of waiting for a shipping confirmation I emailed them asking about my order and why it has not been shipped yet. Never got a reply. A week later I went on their website and messaged them on their costumer service page which claims to reply within 24 hours. No reply again. I sent them 2 more messages. No reply. I then saw another ad for this company on Instagram with many girls commenting on it saying they never got their purchases from this company. I checked my order confirmation email again and when redirected to their website i found out they changed their website name and url to secretsaucestore.com obviously to hide from the people they are scamming.
