I purchased an item in early June from the company. I received shipping information a week or so later with a real tracking number. After a few weeks with no updated tracking information from USPS I emailed the company. (No response) I contacted PayPal to see if I could dispute the order/purchase. PayPal stated the item could be disputed but since I received shipping information I may want to wait to see if it actually comes.
A few weeks later the shipment was updated to state the package was on its way….. 7 weeks later the item arrived. I ordered an inflatable jump house (image below) I receive a black pair of socks that had no tags or label and no packaging. A dispute is being filed with PayPal now.
