I sent a $300.00 deposit via payal for a puppy that was advertised on their website for sale and was supposed to pay the balance at time of pickup in cash but never could make contact with seller again and my wife sent another email showing interest in another puppy and she received an immediate email stating she could send a $300.00 deposit via paypal and then she told them that I had already made a deposit for another puppy and she was told that in order to get the original puppy we would have to paypal the balance to a different paypal account in order for them to complete paperwork and the transfer of the name and puppy to us. We said the original deal as per their website stated upon pickup we would be paying in cash….We received no response and no puppy. We ended up having to file a dispute with our bank for fraud.
