I found 2 charges on my bank account for Resort Daddy. I never purchased anything from them so I contacted them for a refund. They said I would receive one in 7 to 14 days. I never received a dime. I have called and they assured me I would receive it soon. But still no refund. I have called si many times I can’t count. Everytime they say there is nothing more they can do and that their is no manager or supervisor that I can talk to. They say the refund will come. I have even received emails saying I will be refunded. That was back in May 2019 now it is September and still nothing. I am beyond angry. They stole $500 that I didn’t even give them! They need to be shut down.

In May I called for refund day after I made reservations. I was told 14-21 days the money would be refunded. After 25 days called them and was told same thing. Same from June-August. Just tried calling again and surprise no-one answers. Last week started getting calls from Take a break to confirm my reservations told them it had been canceled in May. They didn’t know this. Surprise! Take a break is also part of Resort daddy. What a scam. All I want is my money back.

In May 2019, I purchased from Resort Daddy a vacation package offer for an Orlando Theme Park Getaway and complimentary Carnival Cruise. Following online purchase, I received the Welcome email. I immediately requested my travel dates for the Orlando Theme Park Getaway. I was informed that I would receive a confirmation email. The email never arrived in my Inbox. I called the customer service number on July 28, 2019 to inquire about the vacation dates and redeeming the package. The customer service person told me that I’m now eligible for the "Gold Membership" and she is sending me the information in the mail. By August 26, 2019 the information was not received. I called the customer service number again. This time, the call was answered with a recording to email all questions to [email protected] I called another phone number listed for Resort Daddy and it had the same recording. I sent an email on August 26 and have yet to receive a response. At this point, I’ve gone online and found multiple complaints about this organization. They are all similar. The company takes your money, makes wonderful promises, but you end up receiving nothing. Beware. If the offer sounds too good to be true…

I called to request a refund on May 26-27, 2019. I received an email stating my request and a refund has been requested and to allow 14-21days to see the credit back on my visa. I have yet to see the credit I have made several recorded calls speaking with supervisors who has acknowledged the delay stating they will forward my concerns to corporate and are unable to give me a corporate number or allow me to speak with anyone. Fast forward I wrote the better business bureau. The company called said they would be issuing me a check in early July. Its now August and I have not received anything. I just spoke with the company and they hung up in my face. This company is bogus. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY PLEASE I BEG1

I purchased a vacation plan, from Resort Daddy, with promotional vouchers included. After completing this transaction I was offered an upgrade for $50. I accepted and paid. Once I redeemed my vacation with voucher package I was informed the upgrade would not be honored and a return would be forthcoming with 21 days. That was on June 14, 2019. It is now August 14, 2019. After numerous calls and multiple promises the $50 would be placed back in my account, nothing has been returned.I have spoken to greater than 9 people including 3 supervisors. All of them promised the return either would be made or has been requested. None of them has spoken in honesty. I would love to get my $50 back. This would be the best resolution.

Book a resort stay and was supposed to receive a "free" cruise but now they’re requesting a $98 reservation fee.
