I previously had debt with cashnet usa that has now been paid. This place called from a local number saying I needed to call the firm handling my case. Lindsey McGregor is the initial person who called. I call the number back, which goes straight to "the firm" called Royal Asset Management and was told that I had to take care of this debt or I was going to jail. Also that they would show up at my house. They also called my husband and mother. After hanging up, they called back multiple times and are extremely unprofessional and aggressive and will not stop calling me. Please do not fall into their scare tactics. Also, the "3rd party" says they are going to come to my house but they are only calling for the actual firm. If you know anything about collections and collection rights you will know right away, they are violating ALL of them.

Someone saying they were from this company called from a local number to me in Michigan. They did not identify the company they represented. They were nasty and threatening by saying I had defrauded someone which was total nonsense.

I received a call from, 866-452-3760, Debt Collector identified as Royal Asset Management. Said that if I didn’t pay I would go to jail.
Wanted $600.00+ from Cash Net USA Card. They want me to pay $75 every 2 weeks.

I have received a call from said number above stating that it was for collecting a debt. And they knew who the debt was from. Now when I asked for paperwork to be sent to me they stated I can only receive any paperwork when balance is paid in full. And when I asked for name of company of course when I looked it up there was close matches but not one to say yes it’s the company. When I looked up the number I called there been many reports that it’s a scam. Now I know I have to pay my bill for set debt but I want to make sure it’s the right person I’m paying back not a scam
