This "company" uses fake images and videos of puppies to steal your money!! I had paid $620 for the puppy that was supposed to have up to date paperwork and vaccinations, which was supposedly at a transport service (which no one in North Carolina can verify is an actual state transport service). The transport service then requested $988 for what was supposed to be for life insurance of the puppy as well as for a special "thermal crate" for transporting the puppy. They then continued texting and calling me telling me they, after 48 hours of holding the puppy, could not send him without a life insurance deposit for the puppy. After telling them I’d have the seller pick the puppy back up and I just wanted my safety deposit back, they’ve refused and stopped contacting me about it.

I was looking for a Rottweiler puppy and my husband found Lucy on this website. He inquired about the puppy and received an email with what appeared to be legit information about the dog. A guy by the name of Jonathan Evans emailed us an email address to provide the deposit via Zelle. Honestly it all checked out and appear legit. So we put the deposit down and responded to the email informing him it was complete. After he confirmed receipt of deposit we never heard from him again. However, we did receive a second email from the same email address but from a different guy, Bretan Scale, that contained a contract and a different email address to send full payment to through Zelle. The contract was generic and did not reflect my agreement with Jonathan, so I responded requesting they revise the contract accordingly. After a week of no response, we received an email informing us our dog was dropped of at the airport and was going through a final vet inspection and would receive tracking when the dog was booked for a flight. Within an hour we received an email from [email protected] informing us we needed to pay $1200 for an Electronic Thermal Crate for shipping. At this point all of the alarms in my head were going off. I haven’t agreed to the contract, nor provided a confirm ship date for the dog. I called this shipping company and was informed it was "refundable" once I received the dog. I immediately emailed the seller and was informed it’s ok to pay as it was refundable. Part of my agreement with Jonathan was they were shipping the dog for FREE. I did research on this transport company and found their website is EXACTLY the same as Chirpy tails voyage. Please avoid these two companies, as they are scammers!
