I looked up a cordless vacuum online and a series of companies came up on my search so that I could order this device online. I chose to order it from RosenGift because the price was notably less expensive. After 8 days I did not receive the order, so I went back to my order confirmation email to secure the UPS tracking number. When I contacted UPS they stated that the package had already been delivered. … to another address. They stated that the tracking number that I received from RosenGift was not connected to my address. They suggested that I contact the “sender” and file a claim from that end. I’ve been sending emails to RosenGift with no response. I tried to find a telephone number but could not find one.
